Terms and Conditions for Posting Jobs on NexJob

By posting a job on NexJob, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, professional, and legally compliant job posting environment for all users.
1. Job Posting Eligibility
1.1. The job posting must represent a legitimate, professional, and genuine employment opportunity. Jobs that are unavailable, misleading, fraudulent, or exploitative in nature are strictly prohibited.
1.2. All job postings must comply with local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to those governing labor, equality, anti-discrimination, and diversity.
2. Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity

4.2. NexJob does not provide legal advice, and you are encouraged to seek your own legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws when posting jobs.
5. Liability and Indemnity
5.1. NexJob provides a platform for job advertisements but does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the content posted by users.
5.2. While NexJob will endeavour to monitor and review job postings for compliance with these terms, we do not accept liability for any job posting that violates local or international employment or anti-discrimination laws.
5.3. Indemnity: By using NexJob, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexJob and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your job posting or use of the platform
- Any violation of these terms
- Any breach of applicable law related to your job posting
6. Review and Removal of Job Listings
6.1. NexJob reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, and, at its sole discretion, remove any job postings that do not comply with these terms or applicable laws.
6.2. NexJob may remove any posting without notice if it believes the posting violates any laws or these terms, or otherwise may harm NexJob's reputation or operations.
7. No Guarantee of Placement or Candidate Match
7.1. Posting a job on NexJob does not guarantee that you will receive applications or that a suitable candidate will be found.
7.2. NexJob makes no representations regarding the suitability or qualifications of candidates applying through the platform.
8. Termination of Access
NexJob reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to its platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
9. Modifications to Terms
NexJob may amend or update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
