Prioritising the Job Seeker

Job sites like Indeed and LinkedIn generate their revenue from companies posting job listings. Recruitment agencies earn 10-20% of your first-year salary. So, who are job boards and recruitment agencies really working for?

Not you. It's time for a job site that puts job seekers first.

Here's How We Operate

We post all jobs equally by aggregating every job we can find directly from company websites and putting them in one place for you. Even jobs from companies that can't afford to post on traditional job sites are included here. This way, you have access to every possible job opportunity in your specified location.

We provide both the positives and negatives about organisations and share as much information as we can find, giving you an unbiased view of every employer. All the news, from multiple sources, is aggregated on our site.

We also offer support. Get advice from top HR and resourcing professionals on how to present yourself at your best.

Additionally, we have tools to manage your job applications, create CVs, and set up job alerts. We understand how challenging job hunting can be, so it's reassuring to know we're here for you.

How Do We Make Money?

We are transparent about our revenue model. When you register with us, you become discoverable to thousands of employers of your choosing. Employers can contact you directly through our platform. We connect great talent with great jobs, removing the middleman (job boards and recruitment agencies that charge up to 20% of your first-year salary!). We charge employers a modest fee for database access.

Now you know how we operate, our job is to help you find your next job. Let's crack on!

Meet the Content Team

We founded NexJob to prioritise you, the job seeker, because traditional job boards and agencies often cater more to employers' needs. We're here to offer advice, help and support to ensure you find the right job with the right rewards, prospects and future. We've got your back.
